Membership Toolkit

ALL Orchestra students should have a parent or guardian with access to Membership Toolkit in order to acknowledge our handbook and policies, in addition to having a personnel record available to our Booster Club treasurer for accounting purposes.

Our main platform for managing the orchestra program is Membership Toolkit.  You are probably familiar with this platform if you've ever joined the PTA for other campuses (or Clark!) or even just bought school supplies for your student through the PTA.

If you are a current or previous member of any organization that uses Membership Toolkit (MTK) then all you need to do to get started with the Clark Orchestra MTK is to navigate to clark-orchestra.org and log in.  You should be prompted to associate your account with our organization.

From there you can view our handbook and policies and complete the annual acknowledgements.  Additionally, we also use MTK to collect our annual Program Fee ($60) that the booster club uses to help support and enrich our student's orchestra education.

Please let us know if you have any questions about MTK or need assistance!

Spring Trip

Spring Trip for the Clark High School Orchestra this year will be to San Antonio Texas. Dates are April 17-19. Please check the Spring Trip on the home page for sign up information
